Vincent Iacozzi, Director of Development is responsible for all real estate/development matters for projects initiated by the Company.

 

Our projects in process include:

• The completion of Shepherds Hill Development, a 400 unit residential community in Hudson, NH,
  
• Pelton Farms, a 16 unit development in Hampton Falls,
  
• Waters Edge at Hampton Harbor, a 44 unit waterfront community with full clubhouse and marina housing 155 +/- slips,
  
• We are in the final build out stage at Vista Ridge, a successful Londonderry NH garden style condominium community.
